I gently guide my clients through a number of complexities such as, anxiety, low mood, depression, panic attacks, trauma, PTSD and emotional struggles, empowering them with essential skills and strategies to regain control of their mental wellbeing. Whether it’s uncovering core beliefs or learning to express emotions in new and healing ways, I tailor therapy to each individual’s unique journey for the best therapeutic outcomes.

I have experience in working with all ages, all cultures, all diverse and unique people. Supporting them with either, anxiety, panic, low mood, loneliness, depression, social anxiety, trauma, PTSD, OCD, loss, and grief, relationship dynamic, self-identity, racism, lifestyle and health, confidence building. I use a variety of approaches, these include CBT- looking at your thoughts and feeling and how these impact on your behaviour, motivational interviewing, and solution focused therapy. The approach we decide to use for you will be Bespoke for your individual needs.
